πŸ’³ AruCabs Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users who use the AruCabs App or Services to book rides.

1. Ride Cancellation by User
  • You may cancel a booking before a driver accepts the ride request β€” no charges apply.
  • Once a driver has accepted or reached the pickup location, cancellation may incur a cancellation fee shown in the app.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
2. Ride Cancellation by Driver
  • If a driver cancels your booking, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.
  • You may be assigned a new driver automatically based on availability.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • You were wrongly charged due to app or payment error.
  • The ride was cancelled by the driver and payment was already deducted.
  • Overcharges due to system issues or duplicate transactions.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Cases
  • No refunds will be issued if you cancel after the driver has arrived.
  • No refunds if incorrect pickup/drop details were provided.
  • No refunds if you were unavailable or delayed at pickup.
  • No refunds in case of misconduct with the driver or violation of Terms & Conditions.

6. Policy Updates

AruCabs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted in the app and on the website.
